PEER MINISTRY- High School Youth Ministry
Grades 9th – 12th Public or Private School




High School students who have been baptized and have had a year of high school youth ministry may apply to be a peer minister for the following year. Peer Ministry is designed for all types of adolescents who desire to serve the church and their peer community in various leadership roles like facilitating small groups of confirmation students, participation on ministry teams that plan social events (like movie nights, Lock-Ins, Relaxed Retreats, ski trips, and dances) and spiritual events (like mission trips, service projects, training teens to serve in liturgy as a lector or usher or Eucharistic minister, and plan trips for conferences or summer retreats).
